Simex Group – Rent Solutions have a numerous selection of automobiles starting from sedans to SUVs, all the way to single cabin pickups, vans, truck, and buses. Rent Solutions is currently in need of a Sales Manager that can be responsible for managing business development activities by finding and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, managing personnel to improve brand image and increase sales volume

Qualifications:BSc degree in business administration or (equivalent)MBA is preferred10-12 years of experience as a sales manager preferably in the Rent A Car industry.Five years’ experience in a management position.Advanced user of Microsoft office suiteKnowledge of Sales and marketing software (e.g. Al Mana Soft (Oracle Software) and etc.)Intermediate command in Arabic and English LanguageThe eligible candidate shall possess the below competencies:Continuous DevelopmentInitiative Change leadership Values and EthicsProblem-solving Readiness Accountability client focusplanning and organizingcommunicationThe recruitment cycle will take an average of 1 month and the candidate will go through the below selection phases:1.
