الوصف الوظيفي • Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met, and services are developed to meet the future needs of the customer. • Supervise Bodyshop staff, including monitoring of timekeeping and productivity, authorizing overtime • Responsible for planning and coordinating skilled and semi-skilled workers performing various vehicle/ equipment welding/denting and fabrication repair work • responsible for maintain high quality and standards on the performance of vehicle/ equipment welding, denting and Adds/on Body fabrication Purpose - To explain estimates and expected work completion of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; answering questions. - Conveying Fabrication/repair methodology, service information. - Dealing with outside Service provider for Fabrication/repair work which can not be done in Navigation service center - To provide repair estimate to insurance company for customer insurance claims and follow up till job being completed. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Planning and monitoring the work of Bodyshop repairs staff • Implementing procedures for trucks/vehicles/equipment body repair, fabrications of Trucks Attachments(cargo body; refrigeration boxes;Cranes) • Implementing procedures and design for fabrication of Trucks Attachments(cargo body; refrigeration boxes;Cranes;etc) • Provide technical advice and training for subordinates when required. • Monitor and fabrication/ body repair activities for trucks/Equipment/vehicles • Directly control Bodyshop team through lead hands for all relevant in-house & field service tasks & projects. • Arrange quotations, approvals by communication with customers. • Forward technical reports to Asst.Manager workshop & customers too. • Direct & regular interaction with parts & sales department to solve customer problems & serve them better. • Convey company policy to team members • Easily accessible for colleagues, customers & team members, always ready to undertake challenging tasks with patience regardless of working hours. • Link with Service Reception staff for better customer services. • Supervise Bodyshop repair staff, including monitoring of timekeeping and productivity, authorizing overtime. • Responsible for planning and coordinating skilled and semi-skilled workers performing various vehicle/Equipment repair/Fabrication/Painting work • Perform accident & misuse reporting, insurance claiming • Comply and cooperate with Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training, and initiatives • Conduct toolbox talks & other briefing for Technical staff regularly. • Ensure Safe workplace, certified tools and lifting gears are used • Ensure waste material disposal regularly to keep workplace free of Hazards • Coordinating with other workshops, dealers, suppliers, etc for outsourcing repair works المهارات Education & Professional Qualification • Bachelor degree/Diploma in Production /metallurgical Engineering Professional Experience • Required at least 5+ in Similar Field• Geographic Experience. • Required Computer Skills • 1-Fluent use of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) • 2-3d Drawing and stress analysis programs(CAD software’s, Solid works, etc) • 3-ERP System. • 4-Project planning software(MS project/Primavera) Language Skills • Intermediate English Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge • Require تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/supervisor-body-shop-repairs-4541330/ |
