الوصف الوظيفي Grow the sales of Spare parts Revenues, Lead the Spare Parts Counter Sales Teams, Handling Customer Requests and managing healthy relation with Supplier Key Roles & Responsibilities • Boost Sales Revenues and Profitability of Spare Parts both Internally and Externally , Responsible for Spare Parts Revenues and Gross Profit Target • Supervise Day to Days Sales of Counter Sales Team and ensure smooth running of Sales Operations • Handle Customer Complaints and offer solutions within the allowed Guidelines and Policies • Perform Customer Visits and Upselling activities in order to maximize exposure and boost revenues • Create, Place and clear Purchase orders from OEMs [ Hino – Terberg – Lonking and other Brands ] in compliance with Milaha’s accounting policies and procedures; • Daily Search and follow up on Tender Opportunities for Spare Parts, Work on Tender Documents and Propose to Assistant Manager – Spare Parts • Prepare Memos for Ordering , Payments and Price Adjustments when needed • Manage the receiving and delivery of parts and equipment and ensure that products are aligned with Milaha’s Equipment Trading Agencies needs and specifications; • Ensure that products pricing is based on an accurate understanding of local, regional and global commodity dynamics; • Supervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review results; • Act as a coach to subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeism; • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. المهارات Education & Professional Qualification: - University Degree in Engineering / Business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset Professional Experience: - Minimum 4 years in Spare Parts Sales field Geographic Experience: - GCC Experience is a plus Computer Skills: - Good knowledge of inventory systems and Office and web applications Language Skills: - Business fluent English Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: - Strong knowledge of Automotive/Trucks/Heavy Equipment Business - Strong knowledge of the domestic and international Logistics business and all related operations - Strong knowledge of supply chain management best practices تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/supervisor-counter-sales-4541326/ |
