Role Title: Commercial KPI Expert

A. ROLE & CONTEXT
Purpose:
Starlink is looking for Qualified & Experienced Sales Channel Operations Expert to design, implement and manage all channel programs and channel operations.
Context:
Establish and deliver KPIs, helping the sales organisation to rank all clients, identify weak spots and deliver performance improvement programmes and awards in collaboration with Network Development.
B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
Develop a set of KPIs to monitor the performance for all end users and clients in collaboration with Regional Presidents and Head of Network development
Organise and run the Retail Activity Room to monitor sales performance whenever needed
Develop in collaboration with the Head of Network Development and all Regions an annual award.
Responsible for the effective organisation and delivery of the annual awards
Strong task and people management of project team providing coaching and business direction where needed.
Effective leadership of project dependent Business resources.
Manage key stakeholders and their expectations through effective updates and communication on plans and progress reporting.
Manage risks and issues; escalating cross project risks and issues through functional management.
Create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate, with the goal of meeting change requests and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
End to End ownership and accountability for Sales Targets & Growth
End to End ownership and accountability for Quality & Lifetime of Sales
End to End ownership and accountability for Gross Revenue Engaged
End to End ownership and accountability for Incremental Revenue
End to End ownership and accountability for Cost and Cost to Revenue KPI
Closely monitor the Health KPI of Respective Business Domain
Keeping an eye on potential risks which exist within our Target Base which will impact the suitability of the respective business domain
Coordinates with Marketing Team for how Telemarketing can contribute to overall Gross Adds, Net Adds, Revenue and EBITDA targets of the B2C Postpaid/Fixed Business
Works closely with Pricing and Finance Teams for quarterly closures (Sales Targets, Revenue Targets, Cost Targets, Initiative Business Cases, Commission Business Cases, Incentive Programs)
Create synergies between the support functions—Campaign Management, Performance Optimization, Systems Management, Front End Engagement and Segment Subject Matter experts to maximize the business results
Design & Launch Trade Promotions for achieving the Business Results
Design & Launch Consumer Promotions in coordination with Marketing Team.
Work closely with the Analytics Team and Market Research Team to generate insights for improving the business performance
Champions scientific practice; promotes and supports the use of data and advanced analytics for commercial decision making
Develop and manage the execution of road maps for respective domain related Initiatives.
Create a balance between the long term suitability of the business and achieving short term business targets
Manage the complete lifecycle of respective business domain initiatives comprising of Risk Identification, Initiative Design, Internal Stakeholders Alignment, Business Case Development, Finance Review, QMC Approval, IT Development, Cross BU Alignments and Front End Training.
Responsible for the development and enhancement of IT infrastructure/systems required for executing the respective business domain Initiatives

C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial KPI related field.
Excellent experience of complex project delivery, co-ordinating technical resources and managing a variety of different projects at any one time.
A strong understanding of business functions and processes.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.

Technical & non-technical
A strong understanding of business functions and processes.
Basic experience and understanding in database and systems design.
A proven solid knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
Track record of managing project teams.
Structured analytical mind.
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to drive a team.
Confident in making key decisions and have experience in working with both internal development teams and external suppliers.
Commercial acumen to support pragmatic decision making.
The ability to maintain focus and respond quickly in a changing environment.
Possess excellent organisational skills; and knowledge of software development methods, platforms and tools.
