Job Summary
Our client is looking for a full-time Senior Sous Chef with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering exceptional quality food. You will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment which requires a high consistency level in service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of stock levels and ability to adapt orders to maintain GP.
Strong knowledge of Allergens and Food Hygiene
Ability to manage a kitchen of team of between 5-12 in the Head Chef’s absence.
Exceptional understanding of fast paced service with the ability sync the kitchen and front of house.
