Responsible for the efficiency and deliverables of the Category Management and Innovation and Design functions.

Responsible for choosing and designing the items of central brands and sharing them will all countries.

Arrange with the Head of operations about procuring accessories and vases etc-

Collect feedback on what the local market price points are and adjust the common product mix accordingly .

Evaluate new category additions & come up with new innovative ideas each month

Decide when to launch the new products on the website
