الوصف الوظيفي · Coordinate with the Sales and PDI team on the scheduling of vehicle deliveries to properly plan and prepare for customer briefings. · Ensure that the delivered new vehicles are parked properly in the assigned parking area. · Present Customers to their new vehicle and discuss the available features and application, its use and benefits for their understanding – provide additional documentation or resources for future reference. · Brief Customer on vehicle’s preventive maintenance and the location of the After Sales Service Center. · Ensure completion of all relevant delivery documentation and paperwork and submission to the relevant parties in a timely manner. Be continuously up to date and informed of new product / vehicles, features, applications, accessories etc., and their benefits. · Provide a warm and professional greeting to all Customers upon their arrival at the assigned section. · Continuously exhibit an approachable disposition to all Customers and visitors. · Ensure that the briefing is warm and friendly while ensuring that everything is understood by the Customer. Respond to all Customers’ inquiries, comments or complaints in a professional and friendly manner. المهارات Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Customer Service environment, preferably in an Automotive Industry. · Has a valid driving license. · Good Communication skills in English and Arabic, verbal and written. · Computer Proficient; Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word and Excel). · Excellent Customer Service or “People” skills. · Results Oriented and determined. · Excellent Attention to Details · Willing to learn and has an outgoing personality.
