Manage the team of Merchandisers and Promoters across the company’s customer base in the retail channel.
Ensure basic execution compliance in all stores as per the company policies.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Merchandising team supporting the company’s brand strategy.
Manage and track the performance of the team and ensure the company KPI’s are achieved.
Train, develop and guide the company’s Merchandising Team in order to provide acceptable Corporate Trade Standards across the company’s customer base.
Increasing the Merchandising footprint amongst existing customers currently not being serviced.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any other similar field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the FMCG-Retail Industry with at least 2 + years in a similar role.
Working knowledge of SMOLLAN application for merchandising will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of M.S. Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
