الوصف الوظيفي Manage the Sales function and the team towards its achievement of the Sales and Customer Satisfaction Targets, to ensure the Divisions continuous success in its growth and expansion in the country. المهارات • Degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering, or extensive relevant experience in the role. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 10-15 years work related experience in a Volume Sales Environment with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity. COMPETENCIES: • Strong selling background in an Automotive Sales / Dealership Industry essential • Track record in Automotive Sales within the GCC advantageous but not essential • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate, overcome objections and close the deal. • Knowledge in different Marketing and Promotion Strategies, preferably with exposure to Middle East market. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Ability to successfully build, develop and manage a multi national team that will meet the business targets and requirements. • Ability to focus towards the achievement of results and the capability to motivate the team despite difficulties and obstacles. • Presentable and exhibits high degree of Professionalism and Integrity. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/sales-manager-automotive-4441062/ |
