what you’ll do:
strong understanding of service design and graphic design
oversee day-to-day operations and enhance sales
design strategy and set goals for growth
maintain budgets and optimize expenses
set policies and processes
ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
oversee the recruitment and training of new employees
direct the employee assessment process
prepare regular reports for upper management
provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
training low-level managers and staff
improving revenue
evaluating performance and productivity
analyzing accounting and financial data
researching and identifying growth opportunities
generating reports and giving presentations
ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
المهارات
what we’re looking for in you:
minimum bachelors degree in business management or masters in business administration OR proven experience as a general manager or similar executive role
knowledge of business process and functions (finance, hr, procurement, operations etc.)
strong leadership qualities
excellent communication skills
highly organized

computer literate
