الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for managing specific accounts. He is responsible for managing, motivating, and directing his subordinates from sales executives, setting goals for them, and continuously evaluating his clients’ needs. Main Responsibilities: 1.Understanding the company capabilities and services, and effectively communicating allofferings to the client 2.Reporting to the Sector Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, includingstatus and call reports on a weekly basis. 3.Achieving sales target 4.Working closely with the Product Manager in preparing proposals 5.Sending final proposals to the company’s clients 6.Providing regular two-way communication between the client and the pre-sales team, toprovide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. 7.Following with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project statusin order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. 8.Ensuring high level of customers’ satisfaction 9.Constantly checking feedback with key accounts to make sure that the client’s needs are alwaysmet in a convenient way. 10.Understanding the clients’ characteristics as well as all related business dynamics 11.Undertaking other related duties assigned by his/her direct manager. المهارات 1.Bachelor‘s/Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering2.8 years experience required with proven account management skills in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.3.Good business analysis skills4.Minimum 3 years of account management experience5.Good organizational skills Languages: English: Essential Arabic: Preferred Personal Attributes: Leadership skills & ability to make decisions.
