الوصف الوظيفي Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Supervising contracted staff if any. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. Solving problems on sites. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Program. Acting as the main technical advisor, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise. Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy. Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001. Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to enhance the business and fulfil company CPD requirements. Contribute to the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
