الوصف الوظيفي Essential Duties & Job Functions:Repairs, overhauls, maintains, and services industrial and residential , ventilating, hydronic, and air conditioning systems, and refrigeration units. Troubleshoots and locates malfunctions, diagnoses problems, and determines appropriate repairs.Adjusts, repairs, or replaces thermostats, pressure stats, relays, switches, and electrical wiring.Repairs or replaces compressors and components, electric motors, fans, belts, and pulleys. Services and repairs evaporators, condensers, and receivers. Repacks valves, lubricates moving parts, replaces filters and cleans coils as needed.Works from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal and written instructions.Repairs components within a system to include transformers, motors, electrodes, solenoids, rheostats, and aqua stats.Ensures proper housekeeping of jobsite, mechanical rooms, and shops.Performs other related duties as assigned. Accountable For:The proper use of tools and equipment commonly used.Completing all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.Timely and cost effective performance of duties.Timely completion and accuracy of all departmental work.Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.Adherence to established company safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices.Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and Personnel policies and procedures.Having the ability to work well under pressure. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/hvac-technician-4359456/ |
