Job Description
a. Supervise Preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the Data Center;
b. Prepare & planned properly the procedures for Change Request including MoPs and SoPs
c. Monitoring of Corrective and Planned Preventive maintenance from the CAFM
d. Attend Change Request during any integration of installed New System on the Facility and Conduct Testing & commissioning of Data Center EM Systems installed to verify that all designed functions and required performance are met.
e. Maintain and manage the technical documentation system for the management of all facilities and maintenance information in relation to facilities and assets
f. Disseminates work orders, verifies work quality, responsible for work completion and response times.
g. Working on shift duties covering the 24 x7 operational requirement of the facility and on-calls during emergencies;
المهارات
Desired Skill and Qualification
Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree graduate
With more than 4-6 yrs experience in operations of telecommunications/data center environment
Able to supervise and direct all disciplines and subcontractors in the daily operation, including quality, health and safety, and compliance with all laws and regulations.
Excellent experience for each trades (AC power, DC Power, Mechanical, etc.) as indicated in the asset categories
The personnel assigned for Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Fire suppression etc must have relevant certifications from authority (such as QCDD) & knowledge of NFPA / QCD guidelines and Operating parameters / set points etc of systems.
The personnel assigned for CCTV, Access control etc must have relevant certifications & knowledge of MOI , operational & reporting requirements etc of systems.
Ability to read & prepare Schematics and Control Diagrams of Power & Cooling Systems, Access control system, CCTV, FACP, BMS, CAFM and the like.
Confident and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and rectification of facility issues.
Process oriented individual
Flexible and can work under operational demands & pressures.
