Job Summary
Oversee the running of the assigned restaurant and will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
Supervise restaurant activities in coordination with Restaurant Manager.
Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues appropriately.
Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards.
Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
Additional Job Roles & Responsibilities
Control inventories of food, equipment, small ware, and other supplies and report shortages to designated personnel
Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems
Attend meetings and collaborate with other personnel to plan menus, serving arrangements, and related details
Present bills and accept payments
Greet and seat guests
Takes and active part in maintaining a safe culture by observing, reporting and correcting potential hazards and risks within the business
Maintains confidentiality with company procedures and policies and does not disclose information to parties outside of the company

Job Skills
Proven track records in hospitality
Able to give expert detailed answers to questions related to restaurant operations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English essential
Good leadership and management skills, ability to supervise people of mixed nationalities
Ability to plan and take timely and effective decisions

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
