الوصف الوظيفي To monitor, administer and protect company’s contractual and financial relationship with client, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers, proactive identification of commercial and contractual risks and formulating strategy to investigate such risks. Job Description Responsible for the entire project from client enquiry through to final handover. With key responsibilities in the area below: · Commercial and Contractual advice. · Commercial strategies and initiatives and negotiations · Contract and subcontract administration, including implementation of risk control procedures. · Planning and preparing commercial proposals in response to the invitation for bids tender documentation. · Coordinate where appropriate subcontractor selection process and evaluate. Where design and development form part of a subcontract, prepare subcontract, which reflect the prime contract with vetted approval. Administer such subcontracts as necessary. · Evaluating and resolving claims against the Consultant / Clients · Arranging insurance for professional indemnity, third party and contractors · To review and negotiate contracts with the customers to ensure optimum benefits to the company. · Perform as per company condition of contract and be experienced in negotiating and influencing the resolution of construction contract accounts. · To lead and coordinate with a team of professional for contract review and approval and meeting the company’s internal control and compliance requirements. · To provide management reports and other contract-related commercial support preparation and review of risk synopses. المهارات A) Critical/Key Skills: B) Knowledge of latest technology and procedures in asphalt, road and other infrastructure projects · Managerial skills · Analytical skills · Communication skills · Organizational skills · Innovative C) Other Skills: Proficiency in MS Office ……etc. D) Languages: Proficiency in English language is a must. Education/Experience Required · BE Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Masters in Contracts Management/Construction Law/relevant · Minimum Fifteen (15) years of related experience.
