الوصف الوظيفي Service Advisor Automotive JOB DESCRIPTION Receiving customers, Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick Resolutions at workshop, Repair “Order”, Ensure adequate number of Repair Order as per the business flow, Ensure proper explanation of the content of work in detail, Prepare “Job cards”, Check workshop situation and promise delivery time, Follow up the jobs in the workshop Take approvals for additional repairs inform any delays, Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed, Deliver the vehicle and explain the invoice to customers, Resolution of customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction, Supervising the servicing the workshop Auto Electricians JOB DESCRIPTION Must have 5 years’ experience in Auto Electrical and AC maintenance of light vehicles. Assessing the electrical system of a vehicle using diagnostic testing equipment. Using readings to diagnose faults and decide how best to repair them. Carrying out repairs or replacing broken parts. Using electrical diagrams to help find faults. performing heating and AC diagnosis, service and repair, Carrying out tests on the vehicle to ensure that it has been properly repaired. Discussing the work to be carried out with the customer. Estimating the cost of the work to be carried out and how long it is likely to take.
