Plan, supervise and participate in the activities and operation of the assigned application software development and support components of the IT Department
Ensure timely and accurate problem solving, software enhancement, testing, change management, and client relations;
Assure compliance with District policies and principles of good IT practices
Responsible for planning, communicating, implementing, and coordinating application system programming projects
Collaborates with managers, teams and project leads for the purpose of providing successful, integrated approaches by ensuring project planning, rollout criteria, with milestones and timelines, and implementation.
Coordinates IT projects with related programs and projects for the purpose of ensuring integration and achievement of objectives.
Maintains effective working relationships with district staff and vendors for the purpose of actively working to build healthy partnerships throughout the district to better serve our customers in meeting their business objective.
Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
Prepare internal and external documents and IT activity reports.
Create new reports/modify existing reports on Autoline.
Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries.
المهارات
Experience in IT industry includes Autoline (DRIVE) Support, Design (Sales , Aftersales , CRM and Finance ).
Experience on KCML
Good Understanding of Autoline architecture, KCML, KDB
Good in Trouble shooting Autoline application issues and technical issues.
An active team player with excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.
Experience in IT industry includes Autoline (DRIVE) Support, Design (Sales , Aftersales , CRM and Finance ).
