Job Description:
Produces project deliverables such as reports, contract documents (drawings and specifications), and design calculations.
Provides oversight of design personnel to develop 3D mechanical system designs as well as 2D and 3D deliverables.
Design, engineer and analysis of mechanical systems, sub-systems, equipment or mechanical elements.
Coordinates with CAD Technicians concerning project requirements and timelines
Ensures statutory and regulatory requirements are met in all designs
Ensures that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
Provides regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to Seniors or MEP Manager
Ensures QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
Carry out complete power distribution, ELV and telecommunication discipline designs to required standards and quality
Reviews Mechanical Engineering drawings
Conducts feasibility studies and design verifications for new or modified designs.
Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules
المهارات
Skills/Qualification:
Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 8 years experience in GCC
UPDA accreditation is a must
Good knowledge in Autocad/CAM,Revit, MS Office
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Excellent in the design of LV, MV, HV, & EHV networks including electrical substations, design of underground utilities such as communications network.
Proficient in using computer software applicable to the field of discipline including Auto Cad and Revit.
Extensive design experience for both vertical and horizontal projects.
Familiar with electrical international standards and code
