This is a highly visible leadership role focused on running both the PMO function and the Service Delivery team.
It will involve a mixture of team management, PMO leadership, process and structure improvement and high level account management.

Define, manage and align with branch vision the following PMO functions:
Project Management MethodologyProject lifecycleUnified processes and templatesEstimation modelsProject GovernanceEnforce policies and processesAligning PMO processes with Quality processesProject Management ToolsImplement Enterprise Project Management SystemConsistent Project repositories for GBM assetsSelect and evaluate other project related toolsResource ManagementAssigning and releasing project resourcesManage resource performancePlanning supportScope review and scope planningTime and risk planning supportTraining and EducationEvaluate and plan resource training and educationStandards and Metrics Determine metrics and KPI requirementsIntroduce, use and manage metrics
Profile
Qualifications & Education Requirements
MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management capacityMUST HAV experience working for an IT Services or IT Systems IntegratorPMP, PgMP / PfMP and Agile certificationsDegree in Computer Engineering / Computer science
