Project Civil Engineer: Roads

Mandatory requirements:
 University degree from a recognized university in an appropriate field such
as civil engineering.
 Proficient in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Desirable requirement:
 Chartered engineer status from a recognized institution or working towards
chartered engineering status or registration as a professional project
manager.
 A minimum of 12 years experience involved with the design, construction,
and procurement of major road projects.
 Administration of consultant and contractor contracts related to the delivery
of major road projects.
 Experienced in the management of a team of professional staff.
 Desirable to have experience in working with and within government
agencies or clients side generally at a senior level.
 Desirable to have experience of working in Qatar.
INTERVIEW WILL BE HOLD IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL
