A Computer Network Support Engineer will provide organizations, companies, individuals and small businesses with computer, network services and IT requirements tailored to their specific needs.
The right candidate will effectively engage and team with product engineering to expedite problem resolution. In order to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, the Computer Network Support Engineer will always maintain a professional presence, act with an appropriate level of urgency, and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 5 year experience in support and administration of:
MS Windows servers
MS Exchange servers
MS Windows XP and higher
Cisco and SonicWall firewalls
Good at problem solving
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
• Work well with people
• Dedication to continually update knowledge
• A clear understanding of the employer’s particular systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote help-desk technical support to client companies
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and systems connectivity problems
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members
- Take initiative to resolve problems and assure tasks are completed in the most effective manner.
