NAAS International is assisting our major oil & gas client in Salalah, Oman in sourcing qualified candidates for their newly built bulk terminal. We are urgently looking an IT ADMINISTRATOR. Looking for a candidate that is currently in UAE (willing to relocate to Oman) and/or is currently residing in Oman and meets the below requirements will only be considered.
A.Minimum Requirements:

2.Three to Five years’ experience in computer network maintenance

B.Job Functions
1.Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, and data communication and computer network systems.
2.Assembles, installs, configures and tests computer equipment or units of local area networks requiring use of standard interface protocols.
3.Develops and maintains software and hardware inventory and tracking systems; develops inventory lists and orders, stocks and stores electronic components.
4.Installs cable for phone system. Performs moves, ads, deletes and other changes for phone uses. Sets up calling features such as automatic call distribution (ACD) groups, pick groups, call processing and voice mail.
5.Configures and sets up servers to work with various programs; installs software. Ensures server backups and networked user backups are performed on a regular basis.
6.Performs preventive maintenance for computer, data communication and/or peripheral equipment;
