PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION)
Role Objective The Project Manager will provide technical expertise, project management, and leadership in the field of Industrial project /commercial project which he should plan, design, and construction. Project assignments may include master plans, studies, and final design May manage smaller to mid-sized projects or work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on large projects. Additionally, as part of a program management team, will oversee and review design work of other consultants.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop design task work plans, schedules and budgets.
2. Oversee the preparation of all related client deliverables.
3. Accountable for updating, in coordination with other Managers, Project Work Plans, budget, schedules and preparing supplements as necessary during project execution to deliver high quality profitable projects.
4. Work with the management team to establish contract budgets and scopes of work.
5. Perform/manage design relocations or new installations.
6. Participate in business development and marketing efforts for -related projects and attend interviews.
7. Ensure proper codes and standards are being used by engineers on projects.
8. Provide design staff with expert technical guidance, assistance, and mentoring on projects.
9. Responsible for the successful completion of utility engineering under his/her direction.
10. Represent Company at professional meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
11. Forecast and monitor utility budgets and schedules.
Education: (Minimum)
Bachelors in Architecture/ Civil Engineering

3. Special Skills & Knowledge
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
The ability to use AutoCAD and Ms Projects or Primavera is required, 3D drawings is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
4. Business Understanding
Expertise in local, engineering standards. Substantial experience in the design of industrial/commercial and related facilities Supplemental experience in the design of Structure is a plus.
