Requirements
-Professionally qualified in numerate discipline
-Have a minimum 7 years of experience in the utility sector
-A sound grasp of business and financial fundamentals of project development and; exposure to the technical, financial and legal solutions necessary to achieve project financial close
-Ability to grasp the complete project process and progress the project on all fronts by leading a multi-disciplinary team of staff and consultants
-Have strong negotiation skills to represent the interests of the organization
