Our goal is to become the world’s largest company working in the non-English Essay niche.
That is why we are looking for Writers Support Specialist who will oversee our valuable authors database, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for our team of talented freelancers.
Your main tasks will include:
- Providing answers to authors’ questions via phone or email.
- Building a talent pool.
- Exploring new sources and methods for recruiting professional talent.
- Assisting in resolving issues and conflict situations.
- Handling complaints and grievances.
- Addressing authors’ inquiries regarding service execution, delivery, or cancellation.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has fluent French language skills at a native level (written and spoken, B2-C1 level).
- Has stable internet connection and proficient PC skills.
- Owns a personal computer/laptop.
- Possesses effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Understands the basics of communication ethics.
- Is self-educating, attentive, and resilient.
Additional qualifications (although not mandatory) would include:
- Experience working with any CRM system.
- Support or recruitment-related experience.
- Experience communicating with native French speakers.
