Business Support Associate
Job Purpose
To provide flexible tailored and time critical administrative support for the Operations Teams, to enable consistency of service delivery to clients and internal customers
Responsibilities
• To assist Operations Teams with all administration support requirements
• Liaising with prospective candidates and clients both over the telephone and in person
• Assist with accounts and financial tasks in line with job requirements
• Maintaining and delivering high quality services to build on positive relationships with our both clients and any agency employees
• Assist with positive marketing of our current job role opportunities within job boards, social media and our social media content and website management
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Coordinate project deliverables as requested and required
• Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking as requested and required
This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to carry out other tasks that fall within your remit, knowledge and other experience.
Role requirements
Essential
ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL
• A knowledge of the recruitment process if not already familiar, along with a willingness to embrace our company techniques and processes
• Intermediate information technology skills
• Strong administration abilities
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills, in writing, via telephone or face to face
Desirable
• An ability to independently manage and fulfil personal allocated work load accordingly.
• The skill to build long lasting rapport with agency workers and clients alike
