Hedge Hog is looking for a Full-time HR to join an American company specialized in logistics in our Casablanca Office. Sales/customer support experience is a must.
Job responsibilities:
Recruitment process and supporting drivers ( look for drivers and interview them),
Collect and check required paperwork to meet the stated requirements,
Deal with difficult customers and provide support to them,
Multi task between answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails,
Maintain positive business relationships,
Help to solve problems, investigate drivers problems
What we are looking for:
A young, motivated and detail oriented person,
Positive attitude,
Good communicator and ability to multitask,
Advance level of English is a must,
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback,
Excellent systems knowledge (MS Office, Excel),
A previous experience in sales is a plus
