1- This Company ………………….  regularly registered in Libya would like to inquire for the maintenance services to be provided for Oil & Gas Plants through skilled personnel by an open service subcontract under the following main general conditions :

SCOPE of Work: To perform Preventive, Predictive, Corrective Maintenance of Oil & Gas Plants and Utilities ………… on daily basis, under the instruction of the Company by providing parts or all of skilled personnel as per following orientation list……

1 Execution Maintenance

1.1. Electrical Supervisor
1.2. Instrumentation Supervisor
1.3. Mechanical Supervisor
1.4. Planning Supervisor
1.5. Planning Engineer
1.6. HSEQ Engineer
1.7. Pipeline Supervisor
1.8. Document Controller
1.9. Material Enginner
1.10. HVAC Supervisor
1.11. Instrum& IAS Supervisor
1.12. IAS Supervisor
1.13. Mech. Rotating Supervisor
1.14. Static &Work;Shop Supervisor

2-Construction Management Team (CMT)

2.1. CMT mechanical supervisor
2.2. CMT electrical supervisor
2.3. CMT instrument supervisor
2.4. CMT Civil Supervisor
2.5. CMT painting Supervisor
2.6. CMT welder (6 GR qualified)

company can offer other Personnel categories to be supplied for any needs or additional request by the Company such, as but not limited to:

The price for each position of items (1-2-3) should be made on daily rate basis considering 10 hrs per day and 7 days per week with the rotation of one month only for items (1-2).
The daily rate is compensated by ………………… only for the personnel present on site.
The personnel under items 1-2 should have proper qualifications and school certificates in accordance with respective discipline and experience not less than 8-10 years in Maintenance work .Other categories (technicians) qualified and with experience in Maintenance work.

company will have the Responsibilities of:

Providing at their care and expenses the following facilities and services as far as is possible and to the extent it may be required for rendering the service by Subcontractor’s personnel:

1. Accommodation and catering at site for categories 1-2-3
2. Medical support, including first aid at site and emergency evacuation for local hospitalization, if feasible.
3. Transportation between camp, office, canteen, job site.
4. Safety equipment and working tools to perform the job
