Netways is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to help drive Hybrid Cloud and Identity Infrastructure solutions. The role requires deep technology expertise, advanced analysis skills, and a deep understanding of the cloud market to define appropriate customer solution, scope and estimate the effort, provide technical leadership in sales pursuits and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Real passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience • Deep understanding of competitive landscape and ability to assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from and/or integrating with the customer’s non-Microsoft platforms • Strong confidence, team work, ability to lead, promote collaboration, and professionally represent Microsoft in challenging environments and customer situations • Solution Architects develop solutions by mapping customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. • You will be an enabler for consultants, field engineers, and partners. • You will engage over the entire lifecycle of large and complex projects from early pre-sales to Architecture oversight delivery. • You will maintain effective product group relationships. • You will lead and motivate technical communities, provide quality assurance for solutions developed by others. Basic Qualifications: • BS or BA degree in computer Science or any related Field • 10+ years of relevant industry experience providing solution architecture and consulting Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrate architecture and implementation experience with Private/Hybrid/Public cloud configurations, migrations, patterns, and practices • Experience with Microsoft Azure and other related Cloud technologies • Hands on experience with Cloud Identity and Security Technologies – EMS, Federation Services, and Identity management • Background in Messaging and Voice technologies – Skype for Business, Office 365, Exchange • Broad understanding of Systems Management and Virtualization (Server Virtualization and VDI) • Active Directory and migration services • Azure IaaS, Azure AD, Networking, and other Azure Infrastructure services • Microsoft System Center technologies • Power Shell scripting and automation • Knowledge of datacenter management, ITIL and MOF operational processes • Azure subscription planning and network architecture • Open Source experience is a plus • Ability to lead geographically diverse delivery teams • Experience in project management technologies and process • Participates in the development of new solutions and offerings • Own engagements, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality • Member of the Technical Sales and Business Development team helping scope projects |
