Netways is looking for a UX Designer- Team Lead able to understand the business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand the client’s detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach, test and iterate designs.
• Monitoring and creating performance reports and surveys in the post launch phase
• Bridging the gap between designers and developers by acting as a coordination point throughout the entire process
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Experience and skills:
• 5 years of experience and proven track record.
• Proven UX experience
• Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, etc.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Education:
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication or related field
