We are looking for a Full Stack Developer -Team Lead to lead and provide effective guidance to the team. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Required Skills and Experience
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Technical skills in Microsoft-centric web development (ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server. CRM and Office 365 knowledge is a plus)
• Good understanding and experience in software methodologies and design patterns
• 1+ year of experience in Angular 4+
• High proficiency with Web fundamentals like HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
• Experience in working with REST based API backend (our stack: ASP.net Web API).
• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming
• Strong time management, organizational, follow-up and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with all structural levels of an organization to meet company goals and objective
• Provide thought leadership on evolving and improving technical design, development practices and team evolution and improvement
