الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities · Plan, execute and implement project activities including the determination of resource requirement and time frame of requirements. · Work closely with project sponsor for direction and resources for the projects; coordinate with technical staff and project team to ensure teamwork and outstanding results. · Coordinate, work closely and maintain good working relations with consultants and contractors. · Setting budgets and forecasting for the service department and managing financial performance. · Managing different installation of the X-ray equipment in customer premises. · Actively engaging in installation and troubleshooting activities in collaboration with the service team. · Monitor, oversee and evaluate the finances and budget utilization of the project to ensure that resources are utilized as per budgeted. · Monitor and evaluate the quality of work; monitor and evaluate resources utilized including employees, consultants, contractors, etc. · Study schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor for completion of job assignments. · Supervises employees in the servicing and repairing of equipment. · Improves, and sustains relationships with customers and ensures customer satisfaction by following-up with customers and field engineers through service completion. · Coach, monitor, motivate and supervise Service team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. · Negotiating, monitoring & implementation of the different SLA with the service providers and contractors. · Develop meaningful KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of the service operation and implements corrective measures. · Ensure that inventory needs for the site are met through the management of tasks such as planning, shipping, compliance with regulations, conducting inventory checks, and restocking as needed. · Responsible for all formal communication with customers regarding planned, in process and completed repair or upgrade activity, including customer satisfaction reporting. · Coordinates, and oversees all activities of a Field Support Technical Specialist group. · Ensures accurate accounting for all spare parts and develops and implements local processes for efficient inventory management. · Ensures that employees are trained, instructed, and oriented in proper procedures, operations, and methods. · Manage and participate in all performance, operational tests, and endurance tests prior to shipment & after installation (FAT & SAT) · Managing Site Service Management and Field Service Engineer resources & Ensures schedules of personnel providing services and responding to critical situations. · Using software tools like Maximo, Monday, and other enterprise technology tools to manage various service-related tasks, including work orders, service requests, and document management. · Collaborating with the finance department to handle various financial matters such as letters of credit and letters of guarantee.” · Oversight of the profit and loss (P&L;) account in coordination with finance department · Creating financial models to estimate the costs of services and operations for the purpose of preparing tenders and bids in collaboration with other department such as finance and engineering. المهارات 2. Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in the same role. 3. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic equipment or complex multi-disciplined equipment or systems. 4. Flexible during times of change and reacts to project adjustments promptly and efficiently. 5.
