الوصف الوظيفي -Draft employee contracts in Arabic and English. -Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. -Provide direct administrative support to departments and senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes. -Review and update employee’s documents and information on HIRS (e.g., legal and personal documents, contract and various requests) -Distribute project-related copies to internal teams -Manage the flow of documentation within the organization. -Issue/Renew the residencies of employees. -Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. -Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed -To Comply to any other assignment given by the Direct Manager. المهارات -Business Administration Bachelor’s Certificate or any related field. -Effective communication skills. -Punctual and reliable. -Flexibility to work overtime when necessary. -Attention to details. -Minimum of one Year of experience in the same or any related field. -Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law -Familiarity with HIRS Software تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/admin-and-hr-coordinator-4664748/ |
