On behalf of our client, who is in the cement manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Cost Accountant who can support businesses by overseeing and analyzing cost expenditures and purchases within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Collect production data, maintenance, and inventory control data.
Maintaining standard costs of raw materials, packaging, machines, and finished goods.
Review and analyze price and quantity variance.
Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect the prices and profitability of products or services.
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field
Any professional certification in Finance & Accounting is preferred
4-5 years of working experience in a related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Should have cost accounting exposure.
Excellent Communication & presentation skills
