الوصف الوظيفي Oversee, coordinate and supervise work activities of cleaning and waste management personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and tidy common spaces in the business tower and shopping center. To inspect cleaning work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and takes corrective action. Key Responsibilities · Evaluate the current service level and create new enhancement plans related to the cleaning issues, environmental issues, and recycling of wastes. · Create and implement policies and procedures as per the company standards regarding any issues related to the cleaning and waste management. Study and enhance the cleaning and waste management manual. · Effectively manage record, inspect vendor schedules and staffing plans and keep a record of all cleaning materials Execute and update the annual and weekly cleaning plans as per agreed standards. · Oversee, validate and make recommendations to manpower shift schedules as submitted by the vendor from time to time. Manpower plan of the cleaning staff must meet the requirements of business tower and luxury center. · Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action. · Create and implement the waste management system in the business tower and the shopping center. · Prepare and implement the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the cleaning and waste management vendor/s. · Monitor and evaluate the performances of cleaning contractors and prepare monthly reports on their performance. Verify vendor invoices as per the submitted schedules, budget, service contract terms and conditions, inspection outcomes, customer complaints and to be reflected in their monthly performance reports. · Prepare and control the cleaning services and waste management budget. Identify cost containment measures without compromising the quality and coverage of cleaning services and make recommendations to management. · Make recommendations to improve cleaning service and ensure more efficient operations from time to time. Coordinate related work activities with other departments to ensure smooth cleaning operations. · Attend staff meetings to discuss improvement opportunities, service levels, operational requirements and complaints. · Work on Fiduciary system in generating monthly invoices to investors/clients related to cleaning services. · Maintain records and comply with the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets approved by the Facility Manager for the Housekeeping section and ensure its overall performance. المهارات 2. Bachelors degree holder. 3. Gender: Male candidates. 4. 6+ years of experience in Housekeeping. 5. Cleaning services experience as a Housekeeping Officer or similar role in Real Estate industry or Luxury hotels 6. Additional certifications or courses in related areas, including workplace health and safety – preferred. 7. Effective communication and Interpersonal skills 8.
