Work with vendors on Product development and related process development.
Develop / improve food, beverage and Grab N Go offering as an ongoing program.
Responsible of implementing marketing calendar
New vendor short listing for all F& B products.
Develop and improve back-end process of the food program including suggesting new equipment for efficiency.
Visit stores for quality checks and consistency in execution of product standards from operations and vendor perspective.
Inspection of the premises of all F& B related vendor premises for health, hygiene, safety, raw material quality etc. Making sure all food suppliers adhere to international health and safety norms.
Work on the development of Commissary as and when decided.
Re-negotiate cost prices with vendors as the business needs
Managing the communication with all F& B related vendors.
Coordinate with operations, for any quality and consistency related issues.
Resolves customer complaints regarding food or beverage related issues.
Coordinates with principals on taking approvals regarding any launch of new product.
Work with training and operations team for consistency of processes at store level.
Work in tandem with operations, training, marketing, and supply chain to launch new products and administer the process of product launch efficiently.
Develop / improve customer journey. Work with designers to implement the same on new stores and yet to renovate stores
