الوصف الوظيفي ABYAT Shuwaikh, Al Asimah, Kuwait (On-site) CAFM Helpdesk Operator Job Description To provide professional and effective support services to all clients and contractors by responding to the customer requests via various media. (Email, telephone, CAFM, web sites) Responsibilities / Duties · Attend phone calls, email requests addressed to Helpdesk, ensure polite and effective communication in Arabic& English, data entry of calls, requests. · Consistently and efficiently manage FM workflow processes and work orders generated by the company’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. · Pro-actively coordinate resource needs and ensure works are executed in accordance with SLA’s. · Manage and co-ordinate the data for PPM’s and reactive schedules to ensure optimization of maintenance service delivery. · Ensure MEP workflow processes are tracked, monitored and implemented on a continuous basis. · Accurate data entry for assets, locations, checklists, utility consumption etc · Accurate updating and maintenance of the CAFM system. · Proactively monitor and take corrective action on outstanding PPM and reactive maintenance calls · Prepare reports on call, work order, work request statistics المهارات Education: High School Diploma or higher ; Computer proficiency: Data entry, MS Office skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/cafm-helpdesk-operator-4595435/ |
