Is responsible for implementing the company’s sales strategy and increasing the volume of sales to new and existing customers. Coordinates the activities of the Merchandisers.
Main Responsibilities:
Applies the company’s sales strategy, discount policy and sales approach and checks that they are followed;
Follows and reports regarding company activity (prices, equipment, plans);
Applies promotional activities and sales projects;
Identifies opportunities connected with the market potential;
Informs Sales Manager regarding clients’ problems;
Maintains and improves the professional relationships with all clients;
Monitors daily sales and targets and informs Sales Manager regularly (daily, weekly, monthly);
Checks market debits and is directly involved in recovering them;
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team in order to achieve the assigned targets by each Principal & Brands every Month;
Designs the Route plan for himself and the sales team;
Market execution of the promotion plans;
Listing the new products in the market;

Job Specifications:
The job requires good understanding of the products marketed by the company
Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in FMCG area;
Requires attention to details in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information;
Job holder is expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others, strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others.
The job requires a good understanding of the industry sector in which it is operating and commercial awareness relates to the need to be aware of the competition
Bachelor degree with any specialization
Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic preferred
Minimum 3 years on a similar position in Sales in FMCG
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Management skills with proven commercial acumen
