Candidates with a fashion/Home Furnishing background – in retail

merchandising

Should be very well-versed, confident thinker and idealistic

Candidates should be passionate about fashion trends, market research

and competitor analysis. They should have a strong understanding of

allocation of stocks in the store, consolidation, and replenishments,

they should be an expert in estimating the stock count for each store

and should be upto date with their daily, weekly, monthly and annual

reports

Should have experience with Microsoft Excel and familiar with system

software such as AIMS, Gold, Oracle, SAP and Omniflow. (Power Bi is an

added advantage)

They should have experience in core product management (or) Retail

Supply Chain (or) E-Commerce/Online Merchandising.

Atleast 3 years of experience in the Merchandising field
