Manage, lead and support the shops operations & teams.

Deliver against the key business indicators as laid out in the annual operation plan and measured against balance scorecard targets in the four main areas:

1. Teams.

2. Customer and shop excellence. 3. Sales.

4. Profits

المهارات
Management / Supervisory Skills:

Must be able to successful perform the essential functions of this job, possess a good supervisory skill.

Leadership skills & Management skills (planning, organizing, controlling, leading).

Personal Attributes:

Honest, Active, Team player, Hardworking & self-driven, decision maker, can work under pressure.

Functional /Technical Skills:

Customer oriented with strong people skills, good communication skills, good computer skills (word, excel, power point).
