Installation Supervising
Checking and supervising the production quality based on specification.
Implementing jobs for erecting and installations.
Prepare daily accomplishment report
Prepare work done/completion summary as per site work progress.
Factory/workshop in-charge
Prepare cutting list for cutting and fabrication.
Production control, time schedules in accordance with the quality.
Ensuring the proper selection of tooling requirements.
Ensuring correct operation in handling different machineries.
Coordinating with the site and production status.
Monitoring reports during deliveries, installations and balance work.
Studying time consumption to meet the target.
Aluminum fabrication / Machine operating.
Operate machineries are cutting machine single/double head manual, Freezing machine, Manual grooving machine, Sheering machine, Press and bending machine.
Assembling and fixing Aluminum Doors and windows, Hand rails, Curtain Wall Glazing system, Sky-Lights, Aluminum Kitchen Cabins, Cat Ladder, S.S. Canopy and Railing etc.
