Security systems company working on security system solutions, surveillance systems, networks and servers
Based on the following description and requirement:
- Male or Female
- University degree with a major related to security systems and low voltage.
- 3 years min experience with management in security systems, electronic solutions or any other related business.
- High leadership skills, commitment, creativity, and work pressure handling.
- Ability to form and supervise the company teams such as marketing, sales, technician teams on a high standard criteria.
- Ability to study and analyse the market competition and opportunities with strong market research skills.
- Preferring candidates with marketing and sales courses and workshops certificates.
- Ability to put a thorough strategic plan and supervise it with a time manner.
- Ability to communicate with customers and has good negotiating and persuasion skills.
- Good personality with strong work ethics and responsibility.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Good fundamental computers skills
- Transferable residency
- Kuwaiti driver license.
