Work closely with the website developer and ad agency to ensure fresh engaging content and messaging. Manages platforms such as Impact Radius affiliate program with ad agency Garners insights around customer reviews and lead tactics for building social proof. Establish an influencer panel consisting of bloggers to increase brand awareness, drive product adoption and build user-generated content Cultivate relationships with chef community and key influencers and manage outreach Collateral creation/updates and deployment of new assets e.g. new promo flyers, updating/printing product guides, Work with sales team to optimize the assets we created for sell-in and sell-through Retailer marketing initiatives including website set up with Hestan copy and images, eblast, social media, and catalog opportunities. Manage CAF & Its affiliates webpage, update promos and programs, images, content and meet ad deadlines Work & Support the Franchise team on their marketing plan and strategy to align with the CAF marketing strategy. Prepare campaign performance reports Analyze data to provide strategic suggestions for optimization Continually measure and refine messages & engagement techniques (user testing, A-B testing, surveys, focus groups, etc.) Responsible for maintaining marketing budget Develop social media channels not fully optimized, YouTube, Pinterest, Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram Create and Manage the CAF Blog post. Responsible for creating and coordinating the content. Identify new digital opportunities by staying up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technology, and market landscape Oversee creation of product catalog, photography, video, and marketing collateral. Audit and maintain asset library of photography and video for distribution to franchise arms Manage all merchandising assets, developing, ordering, Support Sales and Operations with training assets and effective marketing collateral Perform website analysis and provide customized recommendations to elevate CAF’s messaging and increase sales Ensure brand consistency across all channels Create compelling powerpoint/google slide presentations for stakeholder meetings Organize trade show presence with booth design and merchandising Oversee website reviews to ensure syndication with customers, respond to reviews, and develop strategies to increase the total number of reviews. Work cross-functionally with the internal teams. المهارات Experience in Marketing and Food industry preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English, both oral and written. Deep understanding of the marketing mix for B2C customer acquisition (SEM, Email marketing, SEO, inbound) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role or comparable position. Experience in marketing with both online and traditional channels. Minimum of 1-2 years in social media management. Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a startup environment and able to shift with evolving priorities. Passion for food is important Photography and video production experience preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva Proficiency with Power point and Google Slides Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail required.
