الوصف الوظيفي
Compilation of all information available from commercial file in order to prepare all standard documents necessary for the work and distribution to Yard’s Departments concerned.

Boards the vessel for inspection and reporting.

Enquiry of availability o any technical information necessary for the works (i.e. drawings, specifications, owner’s decisions on spare parts etc.)

Discussion and agreement with the Yard’s Department / Planning Engineer of the preliminary schedule for the work.

Meeting the service representative and staff on arrival and introduces then to the Yard’s normal practice, safety regulations and procedures.

Identification on site of specified works with the departments concerned and agreement on technical aspects according to the Yard’s practice and capabilities.

Follow-up works in progress and schedule of repairs identifying deviations, proposing eventual Corrective measures to minimize idle time, maintain delivery dates and optimizing the use of facilities / equipment.

Attendance of Production Meetings to report on progress of work and relevant problems related with projects.

· Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

· Fluent Arabic and English in speaking and writing

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

· Transferable visa No.18
