الوصف الوظيفي ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Key responsible is to achieve sales target set by the immediate Sales Supervisor. 2. To cover all target customer and market segment related to the company product portfolio. 3. Classify the Key Opinion Leaders to the Sales Supervisor in order to tailoring promotional plan for each Key Opinion Leaders accordingly. 4. To follow up the end-user feedback concerning the company products. 5. To provide additional product knowledge that will be delivered to the end user and to Key Opinion Leaders. 6. Responsible in monitoring stock liquidation at customer stores. 7. To follow up company inquiry submitted to the customers, with coordination with the immediate Supervisor or by the Sales Supervisor. 8. Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling; 9. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with staff and supporting administration staff. 10. Keeping detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management. 11. Planning work, schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the Sales Supervisor. 12. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings. 13. Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations. 14. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products services. 15. Working with team member and Sales Supervisor to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area. 16. Perform other related duties supplementary to the work described herein. المهارات Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in field of marketing, sales representative and ideally with experience in sales and services or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Skills: Good oral & written communication skills; Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
