الوصف الوظيفي 2. Coordinates and supports the Line Managers for analyzing the operational performance of Workshop and Bodyshop and recommends opportunities for improvements 3. Oversees and monitors all the corrective actions taken to control repeated repair jobs within the permitted level in all Shops 4. Ensures and maintains records of all total loss vehicles and issues periodical report to the Traffic & Admin Support, Fleet and Accounts dept. for necessary allocations 5. Reduces repair cost by utilizing warranty policies to the maximum extend, effective utilization of all available resources and applying proper fix from the first time 6. Coordinates with marketing department to implement the Service sales promotion campaigns, analyzes the results and provides feedback to the direct Manager 7. Coordinates and supports the contracts that requires supply of car washers, site technicians and other manpower or any resources and ensures timely coordination is made with the HR department to supply required numbers and qualifications of direct manpower 8. Ensures that all accident vehicles are repaired under insurance or by charging customer with the cost of repairs as per standard procedure, by ensuring contract conditions have been followed for charging customer in all cases 9. Coordinates and arranges to follow-up with insurance companies for any delays in getting repair estimates, approvals, claims and other issues related to claims or settlements and submits periodical reports to Management and related departments for further actions 10. Oversees and monitors the follow-up with insurance companies on total loss vehicles and ensures the completion of procedures for total losses within a maximum period of three weeks 11. Verifies compensation approved by Insurance companies against total loss vehicles with the policy and negotiates to get best compensation at all times 12. Verifies customer’s approvals and Insurance approvals for estimated Spare parts and labor for external Insurance or clients vehicles 13. Oversees and manages the daily operational activities of Store and Warehouses for the availability of spare parts and coordinates with spare parts department for any unavailability of parts and materials 14. Ensures that the fleet operation activities are carried out smoothly and uninterruptedly by ensuring timely customer assistance, timely delivery of vehicles, right replacement vehicles are issued and by taking wise decisions to resolve customer complaints effectively المهارات 2.
