We are looking to hire young and energetic team members for “Software Implementation/application support engineer” position. Everyone is welcome to apply but your application will only be taken into consideration if it meets the following criteria:
Render consulting services and act to ensure customer meets deadlines
Review system issues, diagnose and resolve software incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.
To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the end-users as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams (network team, System Administration, Applications & Business solutions) where necessary
Install, test and configure new workstations and deployment for company software suite at customer sites
Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes
Train users to use new or modified equipment, systems or software package.
Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all end-users are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer
Improve software to meet customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation
Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing
Coordinate with customer to resolve issues
Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application’s user community
Configure changes and upgrade software systems
Load baseline security data to Client database
المهارات
Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience required
Below 28 years of age is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Software engineering or IT required
Preferred if the candidate has a previous experience in software projects
Excellent communication, Presentation & business writing skills.
