• Work on brand/product listing with retailers
• Stock management
• Stock liquidation
• Oversee warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement a logistics process.
• Review and approve purchase orders.
• Monitor progress of major shipments to ensure receipt.
• Direct the activities of logistics division.
• Collaborate with outdoor sales representatives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
• Ensure goods are stored properly and at the right temperature.
• Conduct market research to learn about the demand for different goods. Convince retailers to carry their products.
• Determine what goods sell best to commercial businesses and consumers.
• Decide appropriate quantities of items to stock.
• Ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.
• Visit retailers to demonstrate products.
• Negotiate contracts and prices.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Manage Sales staff with their commissions.
المهارات
• Proven working experience as Outdoor Sales Manager from 3 to 5 years in Electronic Field (it is a must).
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Fluent Arabic and English in speaking and writing
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Transferable visa No.18
• A stable work history
• *Has driving License & Car
