الوصف الوظيفي · Cooperative with management and team members. · Guide and follow up with the delivery drivers. · Make customer records and reports. · Organize between customers, employees, customization and delivery. · Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects. · Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls. · Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques. المهارات · Expert in speaking ,reading and writing Arabic and English. · Communication and customer service skills. · Personal skills: Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, well organized, cooperative with team and other people, willing to learn. · IT skills: experience in emails, windows, Microsoft office. Knowledge in e-commerce would be an advantage. · Skilled at selling custom furniture and learn new information quickly · Experience in furniture sales, design or manufacturing will be a big advantage. · Studying interior design, sales ,customer service or call center in schools or training courses is an added value.
